The notary public registration at the Consulate is no longer a requirement for legalizing his/hers signature.

Visas by mail

Visa applications received by mail will be returned by mail ONLY. Please observe that the required processing time by mail is 10 business days plus transit.
Visas are issued in 3 (three) business days when you apply at the COUNTER. Click here for detailed instructions and requirements.
The Consulate accepts U.S Postal Service Express Mail ONLY
