Brazilians have added to the quality of life in Broward County by
sharing their dancing cultural. People celebrate Carnival in towns
and villages. The Carnival capital of the world is Rio de Janeiro.
The Rio Carnival is the biggest Carnival, and one of the most
interesting artistic events on the globe. Mostly everyone has heard
about the Rio Carnival. To it alone foreign visitors number around
500,000 every year.
Rio Carnival is forty days before Easter, it's a four day
celebration. It officially starts on Saturday and finishes on Fat
Tuesday, then it's the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday after
which one is supposed to abstain from all bodily pleasures. Carnival
with all it's excesses can be considered to the pleasures of the
flesh as an act of farewell. It usually happens in February, the
hottest month, when the Rio summer is at it's peak in the Southern
Hemisphere.
Virtually every corner in Brazil there are Carnival celebrations.
The best-known ones taking place in Recite, together with the
neighboring Olinda and Salvador. The Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is
the biggest and most famous Carnival, and is shared by many people
in Broward County.
