Brazilian Culture: Enriched by the Diversity of its People

Brazil is a wonderful country. It has an awesome soccer team and is rich in religion.
Brazil has a one of a kind soccer team! In Brazil, soccer is called football. Brazil won their very first game in 1914! The final score of that game was 2-0. Brazil's soccer team is good enough to have appeared in the World Cup 18 times! Out of 18 appearances they won 5. The most recent win was in 2002. Brazil's largest victory of all time was a final score of 14-0 against Nicaragua. Brazil's largest defeat had a final score of 6-0 against Uruguay. The head coach's name is Dunga. He is the leader of this superstar team. He has won 18 games and lost 2, amazing! His next game is on Febuary 6th against Ireland. Brazil's one of a kind soccer team is considered the strongest in the world. Brazil has an awesome soccer team. There is so much about this team and their history. It is a great sport for Brazil and its citizens.

Brazil is a country packed with religion. In the 18th century Brazil's official religion was Roman Catholic. Later they brought slaves from Africa. The slaves were forbidden to practice religion. In 1889 when Brazil's Constitution was set forth Brazil ceased to have an official religion. The Constitution guarantees the freedom of religion. Brazil has a diversity of religions. In Brazil's most recent census 75.4% of Brazil's population was Roman Catholic. That's about 139,000,000 people! As I said Brazil has a diversity of religions. They have religions that only the followers can actually pronounce. The point is that Brazil has many religions and plays a big part in their lives.
Brazil has a diversity of religions and the citizens absolutely love soccer.
